Too cute. Chloe loves daddy's work boots. She can kind of walk around in them. I love the head tilt and the "I'm so cute" look.

VA trip

The girls and I went to VA for a week at the beginning of July. At the end of our trip we went to visit my Grandma Billie (my paternal grandmother) with my sister Dara. Grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a while ago and is living in a nursing home. I haven't seen her in a long time. It wasn't an easy visit, it's hard to see her like this and see where she's living. Alzheimer's is a terrible, terrible disease. Chloe was totally freaked the whole time. Scarlett didn't seem to mind it.

Here's my sister, Denise and brother, Aaron with Scarlett in the pool. The girls loved the pool, especially Chloe. As soon as she woke up she grabbed her swim suit and asked to go swimming. We swam in the morning and in the afternoon most days of our trip. It was great!

My youngest sister Denise came to visit for a couple of days before we drove to VA. We had a great time together. Chloe and Scarlett love her. Thanks for your help Denise!
